They did bring us everything we needed in the way of towels, hangers, or anything else. There is no housekeeping during your stay, which is common these days. Perfectly fine for our needs yours may differ. A little dated but comparable to a mid-end Vegas or AC property (think Caesars AC older towers or Flamingo or Planet Hollywood). Bathrooms were clean and furniture was fine. We had the suite with a connector which was a great setup. Some of these things concerned my wife but turned out to be unfounded in our view. Stayed at Harrah's NO for Christmas week and thought it would be helpful to clarify a few things we read before the trip based on our experience to shed light on what is true and not true.
